Summary: Mandatory Licensed Attorney Review Before Formal Court Filing

AlphaLaw is an institutional adversarial litigation intelligence platform designed for strategic case wargaming, procedural risk sieving, statutory synthesis, and court pleading drafting acceleration. Outputs generated by the platform do not constitute formal legal representation and are not intended for direct filing without independent counsel review. You are strongly advised to always have a licensed attorney admitted to the relevant bar verify, sign, and file all factual averments, procedural timelines, and authorities before formal court submission.

1. Strategic Modeling & Adversarial Simulation Purpose

The battleplans, jurisdictional sieves, moot court simulations, and draft pleadings provided by AlphaLaw (including conversational counsel Harrison Vance, J.D.) are generated strictly for strategic evaluation, adversarial stress-testing, and litigation drafting assistance.

The platform executes deterministic procedural analysis against controlling statutes (DGCL Title 8, DLLCA Title 6, UCC Article 2, DTSA 18 U.S.C. § 1836, FRCP, FRE) and landmark precedents from the Delaware Court of Chancery, SDNY, ND Cal, Federal Circuits, and SCOTUS. It does not replace individualized counsel tailored to unstated discovery nuances or local judge-specific rules.

2. Nature of Artificial Intelligence & Statutory Verification

Artificial intelligence systems can produce discrepancies, procedural oversights, or outdated interpretations of dynamic docket entries. While AlphaLaw applies partner-level deterministic verification constraints, no algorithmic output guarantees a judicial outcome or immunity from adverse rulings.

Counsel and corporate executives acknowledge sole responsibility for verifying all case citations, statutory amendments, local standing orders, and factual allegations before relying upon them in live litigation or transactions.

3. Requirement for Admitted Attorney Review & Signature

Court rules—including Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Delaware Court of Chancery Rule 11—mandate that all pleadings, motions, and representations to the bench be certified by a licensed attorney of record under reasonable inquiry.

Pleadings, verified complaints, discovery requests, and motions generated by AlphaLaw must be independently examined, verified, and signed by licensed attorneys admitted in the jurisdiction where the matter is pending.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship Created

Interacting with AlphaLaw, using the War Room Arena, running procedural sieves, or conversing with AI counsel personas does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary retainer, or a formal legal appearance between you and AlphaLaw or its operators.

Privilege protection and formal representation are established exclusively when an authorized law firm or admitted counsel enters into a direct written engagement with the client.

5. Judicial Independence & Discretionary Bench Vectors

Judicial outcomes in high-stakes corporate disputes (e.g. M&A specific performance, Caremark fiduciary derivative claims, trade secret preliminary injunctions) are subject to discretionary equitable principles and bench-specific determinations. Simulated rulings reflect historical precedent analysis, not guaranteed courtroom determinations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaLaw, its developers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including sanctions, missed filing deadlines, loss of claims, or adverse judgments—arising from your use of or reliance upon simulations, pleadings, or legal battleplans generated by the platform.
